Liability

We are not liable for any damages to the clothing that occur during the delivery process. Once the products leave our premises and are handed over to the delivery service, any responsibility for potential damages shifts to the delivery service. Customers are encouraged to inspect their items upon receipt and report any issues directly to the delivery service.

 

Placing orders on the platform

To place an order on the Platform, you must be at least 16 years old or older - or you must have permission from a legal representative. If this is required under applicable law to enter into an agreement with For The Chosen, and must be a consumer - not a reseller.

 

Payment

You can use Ideal, Bancontact and PayPal. As soon as we have received the order and payment, we will start working on the order for you

Delivery

Your order will be shipped to the carrier within 1-3 business days.

 

We may cancel your order if:

- The product is not available / in stock

- Your billing details are incorrect or unverifiable

- Our security system indicates that your order is an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud

- You are a reseller

- An incorrect price was stated on the Platform

- We were unable to deliver to the address you provided
